Exercise Therapy involves the active use of movement-based techniques and tools to treat injury or movement impairment, with the objective of restoring optimal physical structure and function. It is a multi-disciplinary science, with an approach that relies on accurate assessment and customised, progressive programme design to meet individual health objectives

Each bespoke exercise therapy programme will include:
  • A comprehensive biomechanical evaluation centred on postural assessment, muscle testing and movement screening.
  • Corrective exercise and movement training to eliminate pain, and improve structural and functional efficiency.
  • Functional and performance training to enhance overall health and restore or achieve optimal function for work and everyday life.
  • Progressive programme design and evaluations, to keep you motivated and help you achieve results faster.

Conditions benefiting from structured exercise therapy include: back pain, neck pain, lack of flexibility and mobility, recreational and sports injuries, muscle stiffness, joint pain, pelvic dysfunction, myofascial pain, and postural imbalances.

  • Initial consultation (up to 90 mins) £35
